We play in the Gold Coast Rugby Union Premier Competition, catering for all ages and skill levels, from serious to social, Griffith Uni Colleges RUC always welcomes any new rugby players to the Gold Coast who want play some great rugby, have a fantastic time and experience Rugby Knights style!
We have been the Club champions for the last 4 Consecutive seasons as well as 2018, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 Gold Coast Rugby Union First Grade premiers.
GOLD COAST SENIOR MENS RUGBY UNION
The Griffith University Colleges Knights Rugby Union Club are a club that competes in the Gold Coast and District Rugby Union Competition.
Our club has a number of Gold Coast Rugby Union Senior Men’s Teams – Colts, 3rd Grade, 2nd Grade and 1st Grade.
In 2023 Our Senior Mens teams again performed at the top of their game with 3rd grade coming in Runners up in the GCRU comp and 1st Graders taking out the Championship for the 3rd straight Season! Thanks you to the 2nd Grade on how you handled my son, Griffith Uni Colleges Knights Rugby Union Club and apologies from my son, he’s extremely remorseful as 16yr old playing 2nd grade, he believed he needs to stand his ground however needs to control his aggression and lesson learnt, it’s a credit to you all how you spoke to him after the game, he looks forward to next game and having a beer with you all afterwards.
