Griffith Uni Colleges Knights Women’s and Girls Rugby Teams are open for all no matter the skill level, first timers or experienced players!
Opens Gold Coast Women’s, Under 14’s, Under 16’s, Under 18’s and Rugby Union teams – Games are played Saturdays and Trainings are held Tuesday and Thursdays 6pm at Our Home Ground!

Alex’s passion for rugby and in particular Women’s rugby Is immense. After joining the club from Sydney in 2023 he took on the role has head coach of our Open women’s team. The progress of this team and the players within it, is a testament to the experience he brings from decades of rugby at all levels of the game. He is not only looking forward to progressing the development of our open team, but see the club grow its Female program across the board including juniors. He also brings a strategic mind that will help shape the offering in rugby for Women and Girls in our region.
Rugby has a proud tradition of sportsmanship, teamwork and camaraderie. As a result, we are always looking for players that share our values and want to be part of an organisation devoted to hard work and community.
