The Late Knights Rugby Club O/35s
A Quick one for the Dads and Granddads out their looking for some exercise and male bonding. Our club has an over 35 group/Team that plays touch every Monday night at the Club at 6:30. This is usually finished with a cold Beverage and Sausage Sizzle.
We also play Roughly 6-8 games a year (3 weeks apart to recover) mostly on Friday night with the odd Saturday game. These games are under modified rules of Soft scrums, no counter rucking, no lifting in lineouts and no kicking outside your 22 so less impact on the body. Games are played in a social spirit with lots of laughter and the odd decent hit. In 2022 we also took a team away with the opens to the the Bali 10s and finished runners up. we plan to make this an annual event getting around to the different tournaments around South East Asia.

Plenty of guys play the touch Monday night – and not games – and others the games and not touch, so its up to you how much you want to do.
